This is a single night retreat which includes thorough preparation guidance with specific steps on how to prepare your body and mind, a detailed intake/reflection form, a 45min~ 1 on 1 preparation zoom meeting, a guided healing ceremony with live music and support of trained facilitators, optional hapé and sananga, an over night stay, a conscious connected breathing session, a wood burning sauna session, optional sharing circles, delicious home cooked meals and a 60min~ post retreat integration zoom call.
