
Conscious Breathing
The way we breathe is directly related to the way we experience life
Our breath is a powerful tool for awakening presence and bringing awareness into our bodies. It can
serve to simply relax us and slow down the busy-ness of mind so many of us are
familiar with, or it can be modified with specific healing and transformational intention in
mind. When we use practices like Breathwave Conscious Connected Breathing, the
breath can serve as a bridge between our conscious and unconscious mind, allowing us
to access stored emotions and trauma to be resolved and
released. We can use our breath to access expanded states of consciousness, bringing
insights, spiritual connection, realization and healing. Conscious breathing beautifully
teaches us to fully receive life with an open heart and to completely let go with trust and
gratitude!

“BreathWave” is a gentle and effective self-healing practice focusing on our own breath flowing as an open, relaxed and continuous wave. Conscious Breathing is integrative medicine that you can access at any moment. Your breath is always with you!

Private Individual Session
This session is for YOU! A chance to dive more deeply into yourself and your breath with full presence and guidance dedicated to you. A private session allows us to explore your unique needs of the moment more fully than in a group and adjust the practice accordingly. What wants to be acknowledged, felt and let go of? What wants to be born and grow?
Your 2 hour session includes:
Personalized facilitation and guidance to your needs of the moment
Detailed explanations and demonstrations of the practices
Conscious conversation and reflection
Sharing and intention setting
Integration guidance
Group Session
In a group session, we gather in circle together, co-creating a safe, non-judgemental space to connect with yourself and your breath. A chance to bring your awareness into your body, tuning in to what is needed, and allowing the breath to be your guide. An invitation to relax and let go, to share, to feel, to be an authentic human being. Guided with presence, acceptance and love. All of you is welcome here!
Your 3 hour group session includes:
Detailed explanation and demonstration of the practice
Guided meditation, sharing and intention setting
Support by trained breathwave facilitators
1 hour guided breathwave practice
Optional sharing and snacks
Private Groups
Create your own private group session (in person or zoom)
6 people minimum, 13 people limit for in person, no limit for zoom.
