A 3 hour meditative hot/cold therapy session.
We will begin our time together with meditation to land in loving presence.
After an explanation of how we approach this practice to bring deeper wisdom/compassion and self awareness, we will offer a simple breathing practice to help bring calm clarity and ground in the eye of the storm as the witness.
2-3 guided rounds of hot in the wood burning sauna followed by cold in the ice bath will bring a potent opportunity to practice remaining with our breath in the equanimous seat of the witness while the contrasting intensities come and go.
