We will begin our time together with meditation and enjoy ceremonial grade cacao prepared with love to open and warm our hearts. Some gentle movement will carry us into our “Breathwave” Conscious Connected Breathing practice. Lay back into loving support and guidance to experience your breath flowing with ease, to dissolve and integrate any un resolved energies of the past, and step freshly into the renewal of spring!

This will be our 9th year guiding breathwave and we feel so grateful for the miracles and transformations we have experienced ourselves and witnessed in others over the years. The power, depth and simplicity of the breath continues to amaze us!

There is a divine intelligence to our bodies and our breath. There is a divine intelligence to life and the great mystery that holds everything in this perfect precise balance in order for us to be alive having this human experience. Of course there are many different names for this intelligence… but what we love about the breath, is how it can bring us beyond names and concepts into our own direct experience. When we get out of our own way, and get out of our head beautiful things happen!
